1 Introduction

Welcome to judi4u. These Terms and Conditions govern your entire use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by the judi4u platform. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and judi4u.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use judi4u's services, you must fully meet all of the following eligibility requirements. judi4u reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend your account if these requirements are not met.

• You must be aged 21 years and above at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived.
• You must be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list or enrolled in any valid gambling restriction programme.
• You are not using a VPN, proxy, or any identity-masking software to access the platform in order to circumvent applicable geo-restrictions.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party when registering or using the platform.
• The information you provide during registration must be true, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the judi4u platform. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name or another person's — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances within them.

During the registration process, you are required to provide the following information accurately and in full:

• Full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification.
• An active Malaysian mobile number that belongs to you.
• A valid email address that you can access at any time.
• Identity card number (MyKad) or passport number for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

Identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed. Required documents include a copy of your IC or passport, as well as proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. judi4u stores all this information securely in accordance with our data protection policy.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Please notify the judi4u support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Judi4u supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and instant bank transfer (IBG/FPX). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: Deposits are credited to your account within seconds after confirmation by the payment provider. The minimum deposit limit is MYR 20 and the maximum limit depends on the selected payment method. judi4u does not charge any processing fee for deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed within five minutes of the request being approved by our finance team. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification. For security and fraud prevention purposes, funds will be credited to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit.

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same member's name.
• Judi4u reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to money laundering will be immediately frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Judi4u offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free game offers, and a loyalty programme. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all bonuses at judi4u are as follows:

• Wagering requirement: Every bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated in each bonus's terms.
• Expiry date: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within this period will expire automatically without compensation.
• One bonus per individual: The same bonus offer may only be claimed once per member, household, IP address, or device.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the judi4u platform — including video slots, sports betting, bingo, betting, and Live Casino — are subject to their own specific rules, available in the relevant game section. The following general rules apply to all game types:

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• The random number generator (RNG) used by judi4u has been certified by an independent auditing body. Every game outcome is completely random.
• In the event of a technical failure or service disruption during an active game, judi4u will apply a fair policy based on the circumstances at the time to resolve the affected game.
• Wagers placed after an event has started or its outcome is known are void and will be cancelled, with the stake refunded.
• Judi4u reserves the right to void any wager if there is evidence of fraud, manipulation, or errors in odds setting.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface.

For live sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that apply. Changes in odds after the bet has been confirmed will not affect your bet.

7 Member Conduct

Judi4u is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Every member is expected to conduct themselves with respect and integrity while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Player collusion in multi-participant games to manipulate results.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's details or lending your account to a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system to gain unauthorised financial advantage.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at other members or judi4u support staff.
• Any activity that violates Malaysian law or damages the reputation of judi4u.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in a formal warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, depending on the severity of the breach.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Judi4u reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• A serious breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity fraud or submission of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or terrorism financing.
• Use of fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempted hacking or security breaches of the judi4u system.
• Self-exclusion requests on responsible gaming grounds — in such cases, the account will be closed immediately upon the member's own request.

If your account is suspended for reasons unrelated to fraud or a breach of terms, you have the right to appeal the decision through our customer support channels within 30 days of the suspension date. Each appeal will be reviewed fairly and a final decision will be communicated within seven business days.

If an account is closed at the member's own request with no breach of terms, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days once identity verification is complete.

9 Liability Limits

Judi4u provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays. However, we are committed to maintaining the highest platform availability through robust infrastructure and continuous monitoring.

• Judi4u is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions on your end, device failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Judi4u's liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the incident.
• Judi4u is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses claimed by members.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, judi4u reserves the right to correct the error and restore the account balance to its proper state.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Judi4u reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this site, unless stated otherwise.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven days before the changes take effect, except for amendments required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the judi4u platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you are entitled to close your account without penalty, and any valid remaining balance will be returned to you.

Any dispute arising from the use of the judi4u platform will be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law. Both parties agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution channels before bringing any claim to court.
